In computex exhibition ASUS company described about its technologies, used in motherboards . In particular, Asus examined the ASUS EPU technologies , Express gate and even the 16- phase power control ; The new technology version (energy consumption control ) ASUS EPU, realized in the engine ASUS EPU- 7 engine, decrease the energy consumption of six basic PC components . ASUS EPU- 7 engine allows better processor energy consumption , video card, memory, chipset, storages . As it was asserted, this allow to decrease the heat emission and to reach THE EFFICIENCY of power-supply system by 96%. The multiphase power diagram : ASUS true 16- phase has many algorithms : when processor works under a large load, hardware regulator automatically switch to 16- phase work, when the load decreases, occurs passage to 4- phase diagram, which ensures higher EFFICIENCY of the voltage regulator.
