On Monday Intel company will announce several new CPU. Here we deal in the first case with the first mobile processors with four core, which will be released on 45NM technologies core 2 Quad q9100 and Core 2 Extreme QX9300, with 2.26 and 2.53 GHz frequencies. Those processors will use a 1066MHz bus and possess 12-MB cache in the second level. The four core CPU for the mobile systems as their desktop analogs, will consist in two physical crystals, united on one base layer. However, difference from current Yorkfield will consist in the absence of IHS- and the 478- pin socket socket P, traditionally utilized in mobile platforms. | ||
