The young company turbo cooling in collaboration with the Chinese producer ( industrial cooling systems) taichi industrial corp. Currently develops a budget phase change called ice age (www.icedcpu.com). On sale this product will appear in the beginning of next year for approximately $249.
The current ice age version uses a LG compressor , which works in the range from minus 30 to minus 5 degree Celsiuss. As refrigerant we have here the r134a, the dimensions of compressor are 178 X 280 X 305 mm. The entire cooling system weight will be equal to 11,3 kg, It will be compatiblr with all contemporary processors intel and AMD, with exception Of core i7. However, this problem can be solved up to the announcement moment . The existing model ice age allow to overclock the four core processor core 2 Quad q6600 (2.4 GHz) to 4.1 GHz, retaining its temperature at the a level lower than zero under load. | ||
