According to AMD  press- release , the company declared about the accessibility of two new processors: Sempron 210U and 200U. Both processors are produced on 65 NM technical process, and they will be used in built in technology:  self-service terminals.... The new BGA- packing, which allow small overall sizes and low heat emission level, will allow the producers of built in technology to make the form factor more compact, in this case they will not have to sacrifice the performance. AMD representatives attach a great significance to the built in systems as one of most important consumer market components. AMD company also recommends to use the new processors paired with  AMD M690E chipset with the graphic core Radeon x700. Sempron 210U and Sempron 200U possess 256 KB cache in the second level, integrated memory controllers with DDR 2-667 support, operating frequency is 1.5 GHz for 210U and 1.0 GHz for 200U, and  TDP level is - 15 W and 8 W respectively.
