Qimonda company recently decided to distract public and potential investors from the news about its own bankruptcy, after reporting important achievements in scientific technical spheres. As reports associate with the reference to high-ranking Infineon representative ,  the larger part of qimonda actions managing company    recently conducted negotiations about the sale of this business to certain Chinese investors, who want to build factories on semiconductor chips production  in China. Negotiations were interrupted due to the bankruptcy procedure.  However, competitive manager continues to conduct negotiations with the same mysterious investor. This is not the first purchase of western companies by investors from developing countries. In particular, the Indian company tata motors recently purchased from Ford the subdivision land rover and Jaguar. The growing economies of developing countries had time to accumulate certain capital in order to invest it in the western technologies and production capacities. Infineon company , which in the period of economic decrease survives its worst time, does not exclude the possibility of designing alliance with some Asian producers.
