Recently, between AMD and Intel a conflict appeared around the situation with the creation of GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Intel Representatives consider that this joint enterprise has 34- percent  of participation , AMD cannot consider it as subdivision. Therefore, the enterprise activity disrupts the agreement conditions between AMD and Intel. AMD representatives assert that they introduced in the active memberships of GLOBALFOUNDRIES the essential part of their property and intellectual property, they have 50% of voices in the administration and more than 30% incomes from the activity of joint enterprise; therefore, GLOBALFOUNDRIES can be considered as the daughterly AMD company . Since both sides cannot agree, Intel gave a law court to AMD with the requirement to recall license for the production of x86- compatible processors during 60 days. Recently, Intel talked about the interaction with NVIDIA in case of x86- compatible processor creation from this company.  Intel is not assembled to react to the initiatives of x86- compatible processor creation. However, when NVIDIA will present this processor  , Intel company will analyze the situation. Thus, no preventive actions, which interfere with NVIDIA creating its processor. From other sides, there are no guarantees that Intel will agree the creation of such a processor , already created by NVIDIA . NVIDIA in this situation has to collaborate with other owners of licenses for the production of x86- compatible processors. Related Products :
