This motherboard belongs to the series quantum of force and it is based on Intel p55 chipset and NVIDIA nForce 200, which allow to equip this motherboard with two PCI-Express x16.   If necessary, there is one eight lines PCI-Express x16 (black color), ensuring the installation of three graphic accelerators in the configuration 3- way SLI.  Cpu power is released on 12- is phase. There is DDR3 DIMM memory with dual-channel configurations. Slot for NVRAM testifies about the presence of Intel braidwood technology support. There are six ports SATA II. Additional controller allowed to add IDE port and two ports eSATA.  foxconn P55A is the base platform for Core i5. Its equipment includes one slot PCI-Express x16, x4 and x1, three slots PCI, six ports SATA II, four DDR3 DIMM slots with support of dual-channel configurations.
