We already reported  about TSMC plans on the production of second revision 40 NM chips RV740, which was called to raise the release level of suitable chips to the acceptable level. According to some estimations, only 25% of released chip in 40 NM production are recognized as suitable for sale. Associate with reference to Taiwan producers reported yesterday that release level of suitable 40 NM chips by TSMC will not be improved until August present year.
