As report associate AMD company is disappointed by the experience of trade mark 'better by design' for the designation of notebook on base of its own processors and graphic chips. From September this year, after the announcement of tigris platform on base of 45 nm dual core processors caspian, AMD company desires to reform the bending structure of notebooks.

The new brand AMD vision will divide notebooks in three categories: AMD vision, AMD vision premium and AMD vision ultimate. Belonging with the concrete category will be determined by the combination of processor and graphic chip. For example, notebooks on base of athlon neo X2 processor and integrated chipset mobility radeon HD 3200 will be placed in AMD vision category, and the same processor in combination with the more powerful graphical solution mobility radeon HD 4330 will stretch already on AMD vision premium. However, in the segment AMD vision ultimate will fall only balanced platforms, like the combination of turion X2 processor and graphic chip mobility radeon HD 4650 or Mobility radeon HD 4870.
