A Week ago we discussed the expansion rates of LGA 1156 platform : it was assumed that in the fourth quarter this year the portion of processors in this design concept will reach 8%, and to the first quarter 2010 it will increase to 18%.
Associate reports that Intel decided to increase the expansion rates of LGA 1156 platform aggressively. In particular, the portion of 32 nm processors clarkdale in the fourth quarter this year will reach 10% of all OEM Intel deliveries . The processors core i7 (Bloomfield) and Lynnfield will engage not more than 1% and 2% respectively. In the portion Of core 2 Quad will remain only 9%, and the dual core processors core 2 Duo e7000/e8000 will compose 35%. The processors Pentium e5000/e6000 will get the portion 31%, but here Pentium e2000 paired with Celeron 400 will preserve only the portion of about 4%. The processors celeron e3000 together with Atom will engage 8% of Intel production .
In the first quarter 2010 the fraction of 32 nm processors clarkdale will grow to 20%, 45 nm processors will engage 78%, and 65 nm processors celeron 400 will fill those remained 2% . In other words, in the first quarter following year each fifth desktop processor will have the built-in graphic core. Related Products :
