According to the estimations of some of our associates, globalfoundries company will be able to fix the production of AMD video chip not earlier than the second-half of 2011, within the 28 nm technical process. To those times AMD had to rely on video chip production by TSMC company. According to the estimations of associates, to the middle of 2010 TSMC will master the production of 32 nm AMD chips . Next step will become the mastery in the middle of first half 2011 the production of AMD chips on 28 nm technology. However, this will not prevent the last from overtaking competitor in the second-half 2011. However, AMD can obtain video chips from both producers, since this increases the deliveries reliability . | ||
