netlist company , which is specialized in the highly productive modules and memory card , released a new product called hyperCloud. According to the producer , the discussion deals with the first in the world memory module with 16 GB volume with two virtual ranks (vRank). Modules DDR3 RDIMM is intended for servers. With the aid of HyperCloud it will be possible to install into one server with two processor socket up to 384 GB of memory.  In the module hyperCloud is used patented Netlist technology . It allows to completely engage three memory channels by RDIMM vRank modules with 16 GB volume. Four physical ranks are hidden before the memory controller and are represented as two virtual. Thus, it is possible to engage all 24 sockets of the two-processor system by 16 GB modules . With the presence of four modules in each channel the memory works with the maximum transfer speed , equal to 1333 MB/s. The modules hyperCloud will be shown on supercomputing exhibition , which will pass in USA from 17 to 19 November. During December netlist company plans to send the familiarizing models hyperCloud to the most important OEM- customers, while in the first quarter next year it will begin the series production.
