AMD Company promised to report details about the hybrid 32 nm processors llano at ISSCC 2010 conference.
llano processors will be released on 32 nm technology with the application of materials, which have the high value of dielectric constant (high- k), and also transistors with the metallic lock. The technology of immersion lithograph second generation will begin to operate with the processors production . As we already reported, each of four processor core llano will have an area 9.69 sq. mm without cache in the second level with 1 mb volume., more than 35 ml transistors will be placed over this area.
