According to the data of company, SSD patriot inferno are capable in the reading regime to reach the speed 285 MB/s , and in the writing regime 275 MB/s. this SSD use the controller SF-1200, which is developed by specialists sandForce company . The controller indicated is used also in SSD G.Skill phoenix with 50 and 100 GB volume, Corsair force with 100 and 200 GB volume, and Mushkin callisto with 60, 120 and 240 GB volume. The application of special levelling methods and isolation of flash- memory, united in the technology sandForce duraClass according to the producer increase reliability and longevity of SSD.
