Solid-state disks are represented by several models.  The model m10 standard size 2,5 inches are equipped with two interfaces SATA 3 Gbit/s and USB 2.0. This allows to use it as internal and external disk. In the first case, the reading speed reaches 165 MB/s, writing 95 MB/s; with USB connection the speed is reduced to 35 and 25 MB/s respectively.  The disk e20 standard size 2,5 inches also have SATA 3 Gbit/s interfaces and USB 2.0. The presence of 512 MB DDR2 cache increases the device operating speed. In the reading regime speed reaches 230 MB/s, the writing 150 MB/s.  LuxMini 950 is equipped with superSpeed USB interface.  According to the producer data, the application of USB new generation interface ensures a considerable increase in the exchange rate with PC. The reading speed reaches 200 MB/s, writing: 100 MB./s.
