The SSD series SSDNow v100 lie on 32 nm MLC memory from Toshiba production and characterized by new firmware jMicron 618 controller. The maximum reading speed grew from 200 to 250 Mbyte(s)/s, and writing speed grew from previous 110 or 160 Mbyte(s)/s to 145 or 230 Mbyte(s)/s. The SSD with 64 Gb volume possesses smaller speed indices .
In the mobile version instead of external case , adapter with USB- interface is proposed. The base cost of SSDNow v100 model with 64 Gb volume is equal to $120, the model with 128 Gb volume producer recommends to sell for $225, and the SSD with 256 Gb volume is evaluated at $490. Related Products :
