For sure our permanent readers remember the motherboard asus commando : this is a promising overclocking product , one of the best for overclocking processors conroe using the chipset intel p965. As is known, the chipset intel p965 still the leader in this region.
It is Known also that in the third quarter of this year processors core 2 Duo e6xxx will pass on stepping E0, which is will bring the support of 1333 MHz system bus and technology TXT, it was noted earlier under the code name La grande. The first models of processors stepping E0 make user hope that the overclocking potential in those processor will be improved.

Turkish overclockers on the pages of forum xtremeSystems.org decided to verify, using the engineering model of processor core 2 Duo e6750 (2.66 GHz) stepping E0 with motherboard asus commando (P965) at temperature -100 degree Celsiuss :-) .

Thus, the first try has good result : the author of experinet was capable to take screen shot and to pass validation CPU- Z at frequency of 4956 MHz, in this case the frequency of system bus was equal to 618 MHz.

As report the authors of experiment, this result can be improved with better memory . Let us note that memory worked synchronously with system system bus, with the value of divider 1:1. The test super PI was excuted with system bus frequency 614 MHz. And this is already very good frequency even for chipset intel p965.
