NVIDIA company replaced the name of core technologies platform Tegra 3 from vSMP to 4-PLUS-1 .
Texas Instruments, prepared a short video, which shows a visual comparison of tablet-based SoC five OMAP dual-core ARM Cortex-A15 with a clock frequency 800 MHz (probably OMAP5430) and powered by Tegra 3 devices. NVIDIA solution combines four core ARM Cortex-A9 approximate speed of 1.3 GHz and a core-ninja.
A comparison is made in the benchmark platform BrowsingBench, which involves alternately loading web pages, counting the time it took the device to perform all tasks. According to the results, OMAP 5 on the test spent 95 seconds, while Tegra 3 with the same amount of content 201 per second.
