The Tegra 3 processor is now described by 4 + 1 core.  Competitors are also preparing their ARM-solutions with four cores.  Samsung company may release a quad-core Exynos 4412 next week. This processor  ARM Cortex-A9 architecture will be released on 32 nm technology using materials with high dielectric constants, and transistors with metallic lock.  The processor will operate at frequencies from 200 MHz to 1.5 GHz, second cache level reaches 1MB, supports 64-bit extensions.  Perhaps the graphics system will use the architecture Mali-T604. The level of processor speed will increase by 26% compared with 45-nm predecessors, the battery life will increase by 34-50%.  In addition to the announcement of processor Exynos 4412, next week, Samsung plans to demonstrate dual-core Exynos 5250 architecture ARM Cortex-A15.
