Serial devices with flexible screens are getting closer to the consumer.  Samsung Company, for example, speculates on the possibility of creating bendy tablet and LG last month announced that at the end of the year will release the first of its kind smartphone with a flexible display.   LG is going to show a prototype five-inch screen based on organic light-emitting diodes (OLED), which is not susceptible to damage by bending and other mechanical influences. LG also become part of the display screen based on the structure of the TFTs oxide semiconductor (Oxide TFT) 5 and the size of 7 inches.  Finally, the South Korean manufacturer will show a 55-inch TV with a concave OLED-screen, the thickness of which barely exceeds 4 mm.
