The demand for the smartphone Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with a curved screen, which debuted in March at MWC 2015 has exceeded all expectations of the South Korean company.
According to the publication, initially planned Samsung to produce up to one million copies of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on a monthly basis, and then, seeing increased demand, it increased in volume to three million a month. During the first half of the year Samsung plans to increase this figure to five million per month by the end of the year it plans to produce a monthly ten million Galaxy S6 Edge. The company does not rule out that eventually Galaxy S6 Edge will be a higher priority in terms of production and sales, rather than Galaxy S6.
Samsung is also considering the possibility of releasing a new smartphone model with a curved screen, which will take place between the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Galaxy Note and 5 Edge, which is expected to debut at the upcoming autumn September exhibition IFA 2015. Related Products :
