In fresh quarterly reporting conference Su Lisa emphasized that HBM fully justified associated with productivity gains of hope, but so far it remains only an attribute of the more expensive cards. There is no reason to doubt, however, that over time the memory of this type fall in price to a level that will appear on more affordable cards. According to the head of AMD, the so-called 2.5D-layout memory chips retain relevance over the next three to five years.
