Now Intel company began the delivery of X25- M with 160 GB volume in form factor 2.5 inches. The model X 18- M with analogous capacity in form factor 1.8 inches will be supplied in the following month. The cost of X25- M with 160 GB volume in parties of less than 1000 pieces is equal to $945.  The speed characteristics remained as before: up to 250 Mb/s reading operations and up to 70 Mb/s write operations . The failure time is equal to 1,2 ml.
