Current crises resulted in catastrophic drop in the DRAM- memory prices. Such producers as Kingston technology, Transcend information, A -Data technology and Power quotient international (PQI) reported about the increased prices to the level of 1 dollar for 1- Gbit microcircuit. A -Data and PQI in this case expect soon to begin to obtain profit from the sales of their production. Even in the middle of December last year the price of DRAM- memory was at the level of 50 cents for one memory microcircuit . Thus, jump composed 100% increase in one month. According to associate, which is referred directly to the memory producers , it is completely possible to increase the prices up to 1,5 dollars for 1Gb DDR2 soon. The cost of DRAM- modules from the end of December also grew approximately by up to 10%. During these days the price of 1- GB DDR2 module is 10 dollars ; the contract price is 8,5 dollars.
