DRAMeXchange reported that the prices of Dram module in the near several weeks will rise by 10-15%. The most important producer of memory chips  , Powerchip and Elpida, ended deliveries of their production due to its over-saturation, in consequence, the increased demand arose. Soon this will increase the price of 1- Gbit DDR2 chips to $1,5 already during June. According to the estimation Of dRAMeXchange the contract prices of DRAM memory will also increase from $8-8,5 1 GB in the past month prior to $9-10.
