TSMC Head already recognized Globalfoundries as a serious competitor. Certainly, Intel masters new technologies faster , but the company does not render services on contract chips production  . To the end of following year globalfoundries will master 28 nm technical process, and Dresden factories company can release even 22 nm chips before their equipment will become obsolete and will require replacement.
