In the special Intel site division on this week appeared a notice, which says about the forthcoming release of new firmware for Intel X25- M, based with 34 nm MLC memory . Released on 10 August, 2009, the new firmware 02G9 corrected the micro-code error , which led to the blocking of SSD with the attempt of password change . The future firmware 02HA will be present on all SSD series Intel X25- M on base of 34 nm memory, which will be dispatched after 7 November 77 2009.  Most likely, it follows to expect a certain improvement in the speed, since SSD in this plan is very sensitive to micro-code. Related Products : | ||
