We already wrote that the technologies of wireless HD video transfer.  Computer and notebook producers greatly sympathize with Intel company technology wi-Di. The producers of electronics look at the standard WHDI, which transfer uncompressed video HD to the distance up to 30 meters by wireless channel with the frequency 5 GHz. With the advance of  WHDI standard deals the Israelian company amimon, which on this week demonstrated in Japan the prototypes of devices, which permit implementation of wireless transfer of stereoscopic HD video.  As an example from Blu-ray  player along the wireless channel to television was transferred animated cartoon film in 1080p with the speed of  24 frames per second. Transmitter and receiver WHDI are built on microcircuits from amimon production.   In Japan the company searches for partners for the introduction of standard in everyday electronics. The television and player receiver and transmitter are connected through HDMI port, but in principle, it is possible to integrate them in a case of corresponding devices. WHDI Interface in the present version allows to transfer video in the wireless channel with speed up to 3 Gbit/s. Related Products :
