Samsung company developed a new generation SSD controller, and also mastered the production of solid-state memory on 32 nm class technology. The description of solid-state disk series 470 on samsung site appeared today. The series consists of three SSD, which use the produced on 3x nm technology class solid-state memory MLC. The model with 64 Gb volume is proposed for $199, the model with 128 Gb volume - cost $399, and elder SSD with 256 Gb volume cost $699. They are all equipped with SATA-300 interface, support TRIM command.  Samsung controller ensure reading speed 250 Mbyte(s)/s, writing speed - 220 Mbyte(s)/s (in case with low-end model - 170 Mbyte(s)/s). Related Products : | ||
