Announced in March this year, SSD Pulsar XT.2 from Seagate began to actively enter the retail distribution channels and in the near future will reach the enterprises market . SSD from Seagate, a 2.5-inch form factor, SLC (single level cell) NAND-flash memory chips, supports SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) 6.0 Gb / s interface. New SSD can also read and write at 360 Mb / s and 300 Mb/ s speeds, respectively, random read / write up to 48 000 / 22 000 IOPS (IO per second).
