At CES 2013 OCZ presented SSD Vector based on PCI Express and use Indilinx Barefoot controller 3.  The drive copes with reading and writing serial data, and the processing of random blocks with the queue depth equal to 64:
The drive comes in versions of 240, 480 and 980 GB at a price range of $ 1.40 to $ 1.70 depending on the capacity.
