Today in xtremesystems AndreYang submitted a new record in 4 core processor overclock . The author was able to make the selection of this retail processor between 25 other . According to AndreYang most retail processor clock very well but not all processor can handle sub - 110 cooling system. The processor used was QX9650 , the motherboard is P5K Premium and the working temp was -130 c. Note the insane Vcore used of 1.95 V witch is almost 2 v For 45nm processor :-) . We are waiting for a wile now for 6 GHZ conroe benchmark . let us pass directly to the results : Super pi 32Mb a new record with 8 mn and 34 s . Note the processor clock frequency was 5860 MHZ . 1 MB super pi and finally 7 second :-) . Processor frequency 6121 another record in core 2 clock : AND finally cpu-z Validation at 6133 MHz . This was the power of 6 GHz core 2 Quad (45 NM). Many 3D record will follow up ..... | ||
