Power quotient international (PQI) company presented two new memory modules DDR 2-1066 with total capacitance 4 GB. At the default frequency 1066 MHz the maximum capacity of two modules is 17 GB/s. in this case the memory latency is CL 5-5-5-15, and working voltage is 1,92 v.  Those Modules have eighth layer design, each of them include eight 70- nm chips with 128 MB capacity (128MBx8). PQI will show those modules on ceBIT exhibition 2008. Related Products : | ||
