On present IDF session , intel company presented one specific product for mobile application : student notebook classmate PC second generation.
Today Classmate PC (second generation) was presented officially. This platform as before use the mobile processor celeron M, although Intel representatives noted that the future versions classmate PC will use atom processors . Those notebook include network adapter wireless connection 802.11 b/g.  In the best case classmate PC second generation will obtain 9 inch screen, six-cell battery, 512 mb memory , hard disk with 30 Gb capacity and built-in video camera.  As operating system user can select between Windows XP and linux. Those notebook will be also completed by supplemental software , necessary for educational propose (in eight languages ) .
