Apacer technology company declared about the release of new 240- pin completely buffered memory module DDR2 DIMM ( architecture 128MX8 (FB-DIMM) ) and latency CAS CL5, intended for servers and work stations on base of intel processors .  This memory is presented in versions with operating frequencies 667 MHz and 800 MHz, and in two capacities : 1 GB and 2 GB. Working voltage is reduced by 20% in comparison with the majority of presented modules DDR2 FB-DIMM, and it composes 1,55 V±0,1v (instead of standard 1,8 v). It is reported that all memory modules passed the certification of laboratory CMTL (Computer memory test laboratory). Related Products : | ||
