Intel company for the solid-state disc market selected the technology MLC, and recently presented the more expensive and faster products on base of SLC memory .
G.Skill company last week presented its SSD, which use the technology MLC. Producer positions this new SSD as economical and simultaneously productive solutions for storing data. This SSD is equipped with SATA-300 interface, and there are two models with : 64 GB and 128 GB .  The reading speed is equal to 155 MB/s, and here the write rate is 90 MB/s. the estimated failure time exceeds 1.5 million hours. This SSD can work at height more than 18 km, also, at a temperature from zero to + 70 degree Celsiuses. Vibration load can reach 20G, impact - 1500G. Related Products : | ||
