On June exhibition E3 , fusion-io company announced a new solid-state disk ioXtreme, possessing record in its class speed.  80 GB MLC memory , in combination with PCI express x4 interface is capable of ensuring the average data transmission speed of 520 MB/s and the maximum data transmission speed 617 mb./s. Measurement was executed by HD tach 3.0.4.0. Producer recommends using ioXtreme in the 64-bit operating systems.
