Today AMD company presented new processors series phenom II and Athlon II.
First we note the release of two most expensive models: four core phenom II X4 970 Black edition and six-core phenom II X6 1075T. The first unites the default frequency of 3.5 GHz and TDP level not more than 125 W, the second with the analogous energy consumption level operates at 3.0 GHz frequency, but has the ability to accelerate half of core to 3.5 GHz within the technology turbo core. The processor phenom II X4 970 BE is based on stepping C3, but its TDP level is modest than predecessor - Phenom II X4 965 BE with the frequency 3.4 GHz after passage to stepping C3 had a TDP level not more than 140 W. The processor phenom II X6 1075T is based on the same stepping E0 as remaining models thuban.
The cost of processor phenom II X4 970 BE is equal to $185.
Simultaneously AMD company presented several processors:
- Phenom II X2 560 Black edition - > two core, frequency 3.3 GHz, 2 X 512 KB cache in the second level, 6 mb cache in the third level, free multiplier, TDP = 80 W, price $105;
