Many wait for the appearances of 65 nm AMD video chip . First, they will propose directX 10  support in price range lower tan $200. In the second place, their overclocking potential and thermal characteristics can be better than in predecessors.   But here NVIDIA also has some news in the graphic market, whose production will be fixed in the present year. We Frequently mentioned in our news 65 nm products from NVIDIA - such as the budget g72 ( g78  ) and its possible successor g98 with directX 10 support  . The new high end solution can become the video chip g90, which also can be released on 65 nm technical process. At past quarterly conference witch took place in the traditional briefing,  NVIDIA representatives answered to investors and analysts questions  . We note one question, witch relate to the passage of NVIDIA on 65 nm technical process. As it explained NVIDIA, all new company developments will be released on 65 nm and 55 nm technical processes, and the production of 65 nm chips already began. It was added that the fraction of 65 nm solutions in NVIDIA production will be significant in this year . Thus, we note that in this year NVIDIA not only will start to master the 55 nm technical process, but also will use 65 nm technology for the production of all its new products. This mean that the successor Of g80 will be released on 65 nm technical process, although g80 video chip  , until now, is released on 90 nm technical process, whereas the cheaper g8x solutions are produced on 80 nm technology. As we could be convinced based on g80 revision A3 example , the chip used in video cards GeForce 8800 Ultra, even from old technical process it is possible to get some additional capability :). If the mastery of 65 nm technical process will be successfully, witch is completely possible in this year , NVIDIA will present the competitive graphical solution with the wide memory system bus in average price segment.
