Division of Toshiba Electronics Europe (TEE) has announced the solid-state drives, which use 19-nanometer flash memory type MLC NAND. According to the manufacturer, the new series includes the smallest SSD in the world with the high-density ( dimensions 30,0 x 50,95 x 3,95 mm, they have a capacity of up to 256 GB).
Drives 512, 256, 128, and 60 GB made in the form factor 2.5-inch and offered thicknesses of 7.0 mm and 9.5 mm. Device form factor mSATA are 256, 128, and 60 GB.
Reading speed depending on the amount up to 534 or 510 MB / s, write speed - from 430 to 482 MB / s. Claimed average time between failure - 1.5 million hours
