In the Monday, August 8, MediaTek has officially unveiled its new flagship mobile processor is Helio X30 , which we described earlier. It is the successor to the X20 and X25 Helio.
As PhoneArena reports, the new chip Helio X30 includes 10 core processor architecture. One cluster consists of four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.8 GHz and the other - the four core Cortex-A53 clocked at 2.2 GHz, and the third cluster - two Cortex-A35 cores clocked at 2GHz. Also in the new single-chip platform went quad GPU PowerVR 7XT, making Helio X30 chip ideal for virtual reality headsets.
SoC platform Helio X30 will support camera resolutions up to 40 megapixels and up to 8 GB of RAM. It is also endowed with the support LTE Cat. 12.
Processor Manufacturing MediaTek Helio X30 on the 10-nanometer process technology FinFET will start next year. For his release will meet Taiwanese manufacturer TSMC. The first smartphones based on Helio X30 will be launched in Asian markets during the second half of 2017.
