MediaTek company has announced the release of three new processors for mobile devices. Along with the flagship chip Helio X30 also were announced processors Helio P20 and Helio P25.
MediaTek Helio P20 is an eight-core processor, built with 16-nanometer manufacturing process. It supports up to 6 GB of RAM type LPDDR4x. And MediaTek Helio P25, having the same parameters, in addition, has got the support of dual cameras with optical zoom.
As MediaTek Helio X30, it will be manufactured by Taiwanese manufacturer TSMC 10-nanometer process technology. It includes 10 core processor and graphics PowerVR 7XTP-MT4. The composition of MediaTek Helio X30 processor includes two Cortex-A73 cores with a clock speed of 2.8 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 clocked at 2.2 GHz quad-core Cortex-A35 processor with a clock frequency of 2 GHz. MediaTek Helio X30 will support up to 8 GB of RAM (LPDDR4x), 40-megapixel camera with video recording at 4K resolution, as well as work in cellular networks LTE Cat.10.
