Globalfoundries company in this year demonstrated the 32 nm and 28 nm production models, after stating about the readiness to begin the experimental production of 32 nm chips in the first quarter 2010. At least, this concerned a variety of 32 nm technologies with the use of silicon on insulator (SOI), materials with high value dielectric constant (high- k) and transistors with metallic lock . Associate reported that globalfoundries plans on the mastery of 32 nm technical process underwent correction. Thus,  now 32 nm chips prototypes will be proposed to clients only in the third quarter 2010.  Globalfoundries Representatives explain these changes by the need for being adjusted slightly under the release graph of 32 nm AMD products . Globalfoundries do not have any technical problems with the mastery of 32 nm technical process  . This company intends to fix the mass production of 32 nm of processors only in 2011. Technological processors with 45 nm and 40 nm standards in the version for devices with the low energy consumption level were also displaced to a block later. Now experimental production with their use will be begun in the third quarter 2010. For the 28 nm technical process globalfoundries plans did not change: this technology will be mastered at the end of 2010, version for devices with low energy consumption - in the first quarter 2011.
