In their evaluations of crisis influence on the business of company Intel representatives speak only about the possibilities of reduction in income, but they promise to preserve the previous plan for the release of new products and passage to the new steps of technological products. Today Intel declared about the readiness to begin the production of 32 NM products in the fourth quarter 2009. Intel does not give the quantitative characteristics of the first 32 NM products, mentioning only about an increase in the transistors arrangement density  , a increase in the performance and energy effectiveness. With the production of  32 NM Intel processors will use materials with the high dielectric constant value  (high- k) second generation, and for the first time it will resort to the immersion lithograph on the equipment with laser wavelength  193 NM. The Last technology will be used by AMD already within the 45 NM technical process, but this last does not use high- k dielectrics. On the following week Intel will demonstrate the working model of storage SRAM cells with  291 Mbit density, released on 32 NM technology, and working at the frequency 3.8 GHz. Simultaneously Intel will describe about its operating times for the passage on 22 NM technical process. The first 32 NM Intel processors : westmere will use nehalem architecture  , and only in 2010 , the 32 NM technical process will be used in the new architecture : sandy bridge. Related Products :

	The rate Intel is going at is insane. 32nm next year, new architecture on 2010, and 22nm by 2011 if they keep up this rate. Its interesting to see though what happens after 22nm And more importantly, is can AMD keep up. Though they are lagging by about a year behind, the most important thing to see is if AMD can follow into the 22nm tech.
