Company IBM recently stated about its intentions to preserve the adherence of 193 nm lithograph up to the moment of the mastery of 22 nm technical process, after putting off the introduction of EUV- lithograph for the later period. Agreement about the collaboration was signed during November 2002, since Chartered obtained the possibility to master 90 nm, 65 nm and 45 nm technical processes. Now to them will be added 32 nm technical process. All experimental developments are conducted at their own factory IBM in the suburbs  New York, and only then they are transferred to the factories chartered semiconductor. Representatives of last give to understand that the company is partner of IBM in the developments, but not simple customer, who consumes finished product. At the power Of chartered from last year are released AMD processors , in the future the company intends to entrust to Singapore contractor the release of hybrid processors fusion. Furthermore, the small part of video chip NVIDIA recently also was released by company chartered semiconductor.
