One of the first personal computer was designed in 1970 by John Blankenbeykerom training computer Kenbak-1 - put up for sale in auction house Breker.
Kenbak-1 did not have a microprocessor, relying on chip logic, and had a total of 256 bytes of RAM. Entering data into the device was made using a set of keys, and the results of calculations Kenbak-1 are displayed accordingly. The computer was designed to demonstrate the principles of programming, but was never popular: all were released less than 50 copies Kenbak-1.
This is not the first Kenbak-1, which appeared at auction. Earlier, a similar device was sold for $ 31,000, at that time the organizers of the auction hope to gain at least $ 46,000.
