Scientists could  create the first in the world transistor, which consists of one molecule. Scientists could connect two gold contacts with the aid of a benzene molecules  , and in this key this molecule became something like the traditional flint transistor. The sciences professor Mark Reed reported that during the application of voltage on the contacts, for researchers it was possible to decrease, or to increase the force of passing through the molecule electric current. The key of discovery is the possibility to create contacts and to set connections of some molecules in low scales. In this study stage,  we do no deal with entire chains of molecules; however, studies of this type open road in the future, after proving today that the molecules can be used as transistors.
