The capability can be easily adapted for new technological processes using T -RAm memory. Globalfoundries is ready to release memory T -RAm on 32 nm and 22 nm technical processes. Moreover, both in microcircuits with monolithic base layer (bulk) and with the application of technology silicon on insulator (SOI).
