Cooler master company in its newest processor cooler V6 used the optimized layout, after arranging the heat pipes in the form of two V- descriptive wedges. According to the producer, this heat pipe arrangement allows to  even more distribute heat- over the surface of gills. The dense arrangement of radiator gills implies the use of two fans standard size 120 mm, but producer completed the cooler  by only one fan.   From the copper base, there are six U- descriptive heat pipes, which are grouped in two wedges along the radiator sides.   The latter consists of 55 aluminum plates with 0,3 mm thickness. Fan with the red illumination automatically changes speed according to the method of pulse-width modulation in the range from 800 to 2200 rp/min the noise level does not exceed 38 dB, the created airflow reaches 93,47 cubic feet per minute. With the overall dimensions 131,5 X 120 X 165 mm the cooler weight is 805 gram. Cooler master V6 fastening system ensures compatibility with the platforms LGA 775/1156/1366 and Socket AM2/AM3. COOLER MASTER V6

While I realize that the just-announced Cooler master V6 has, at least, 2-3 months before it\'s actually released, I can tell everyone that I have had one for the past four months. One of the things I do is test, and evaluate, various computer-related products, software, as well as hardware, for various companies. One of the most recent products I had the pleasure (and I do mean that) of testing & evaluating is the upcoming Cooler Master V6. I will admit that, with a single fan, its performance is somewhat below that of the V8, but not by a huge amount. Thankfully, unlike the V8, the V6 has the option of adding a second fan, creating a push-pull configuration. When configured this way, the V6 outperforms the V8. Another outstanding feature is that adding/replacing fans is an extremely simple process, for the fan \"enclosures\" simply clip to the sides of the fins. While I can\'t say how, specifically, Cooler Master will ship the V6 units, mine initially arrived with one red LED fan, pre-installed, for initial testing. Several weeks later, they sent a second red LED fan, and instructed me to install the second fan, in the afore-mentioned push-pull configuration, to not only compare against the original single-fan configuration, but to also compare it against other CPU coolers that I use. The end results were, to say the least, quite impressive. As I stated, with the dual-fan configuration, the V6 outperforms the V8. Additionally, when compared to the CPU cooler I use in my primary (ie. everyday) computer, that being a Corsair Hydro H50, it fairs quite well. In my systems, which uses a Cooler Master HAF922 case, the dual-fan V6 ran only a few degrees above the H50. With the H50, my Core i7-860 (@ stock speed) averaged 23-24 degrees Celsius, with the lowest being 17, while, with the V6, it averaged 27-29, with its lowest being 24. When compared against the stock CPU cooler that Intel packages with the Core i7-860, it should be obvious that the stock cooler/fan should be replaced ASAP. As for what to go with, each person has to decide for him/herself.
